Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work directly for homeowners?

No. We work through builders only.

When should waterproofing go into the program?

After substrate prep and before screed or tiling. Tell us your dates when you send the drawings and we will slot in against them.

Do you do leak investigation or remedial repairs?

No. New work only — including new wet areas within a renovation. If you need a leak chased, we will point you to someone who does that work.

How do you quote a renovation?

Off your drawings and the wet area schedule. For anything with unknown substrate we will do a site visit before pricing rather than guess.

Will waterproofing hold up my program?

No. We confirm our dates before mobilising and we do not start what we cannot finish. Cure times are built into the quote so there are no surprises.

Can you handle several sites at once?

Yes. Eight technicians across South East Queensland, 15 to 25 jobs a week.

How long does a typical wet area take?

Most bathrooms are a day on site plus cure time. Larger scopes are quoted with the program in the quote.

What systems do you use?

Liquid-applied membranes and sheet systems, selected to the substrate and the spec, and installed to the manufacturer’s requirements so the certification stands.
