Blutec Waterproofing Pty Ltd is a specialist waterproofing subcontractor working
for project builders across South East Queensland. We do waterproofing and nothing else, and we work
through builders rather than directly for homeowners.
Capacity
- 8 technicians on the road
- 15–25 jobs per week
- 10+ years in business, with 30 years’ combined experience on the tools
- Coverage: Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, the Moreton Bay and the Sunshine Coast
Scope of works
- Internal wet areas — showers, bathrooms, ensuites, laundries and powder rooms
- Balconies and podium decks, including over habitable rooms
- Rooftops, lift pits and plant areas
- Planter boxes and landscape structures
- Retaining walls and below-ground tanking
- Swimming pools and water features
- Sheet membrane and liquid-applied systems, specified to substrate and exposure
Work we do not take on
We do not carry out leak investigation or remedial repair work, and we do not contract directly
to homeowners. If that is what is needed, we will say so up front and refer it on.

How we work
- Send the drawings. Plans, the wet area schedule and your program dates, to
[email protected] or through the quote form.
- Quote back. Itemised against your drawings, with lead time. Complex or
unknown substrates get a site visit before pricing.
- Booked to your program. Accepted quotes are scheduled against your dates and
confirmed before we mobilise.
- Certified and off site. Work completed, Form 43 issued, site cleared so tiling
can start.
